On July 10th, the Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation and Development Forum (Wuhan) was held in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Wang Hong, Deputy Director of the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, revealed in his speech that the scale of China's intelligent manufacturing equipment industry has exceeded 3.2 trillion yuan.
Wang Hong introduced that in recent years, China's intelligent manufacturing development has made significant progress, with the construction of over 2500 digital workshops and intelligent factories. The revenue of industrial software products has exceeded 240 billion yuan, and there are more than 140 system solution suppliers with a main business revenue of 1 billion yuan. The pace of transformation and upgrading in key regions has significantly accelerated. In the future, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will continue to strengthen collaboration and cooperation with relevant departments and key provinces, fully implement the "14th Five Year Plan" for the development of intelligent manufacturing, and systematically promote the deepening and implementation of intelligent manufacturing.
Qu Guochun, Secretary General of the National Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee and Director of the Equipment Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, proposed in his speech that China has entered a new stage of high-quality development. We must firmly adhere to the main direction and breakthrough of intelligent manufacturing, fully utilize the good foundation and advantages formed by the strong promotion of intelligent manufacturing in recent years, and enhance the independent innovation ability of intelligent manufacturing, vigorously develop intelligent manufacturing equipment Expand the breadth and depth of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration, promote industrial technology transformation and optimization upgrading, and promote China's manufacturing industry to move towards the mid to high end of the global value chain.
Zhou Ji, director of the National Strategic Advisory Committee for Building a Powerful Manufacturing Country and an academician of the CAE Member, said that new industrialization is a strategic choice to promote Chinese-style modernization, to build a competitive advantage for a major country, to achieve high-quality development of China's industry, and to build a new driving force for building a powerful country. We should focus on intelligent manufacturing, promote new industrialization, and accelerate the building of a powerful manufacturing country.
Li Peigen, director of the National Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee and academician of the CAE Member, said that to establish an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem, it is necessary to build a robust, stable and harmonious digital supply chain, build a digital base and build a digital platform ecosystem.
Zhang Xiangmu, deputy director of the National Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee, said when talking about promoting the intelligent development of the manufacturing industry, that in intelligent manufacturing, intelligent factories are the essence, manufacturing knowledge is the soul, and Lean manufacturing is the cornerstone. To promote intelligent manufacturing, the core should be equipped with intelligent equipment and industrial software.
It is understood that the Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Development Forum (Wuhan) is guided by the National Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee and jointly organized by the Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology and the Equipment Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. At the meeting, a white paper on the architecture of the new generation industrial control system for the era of industrial intelligence was also released.
